About this site

My name is Sahas Katta. I started writing about technology in 2004 as a teenager and eventually created a website named Skatter Tech. At one point, this blog was actively maintained with over a million monthly page views and several incredible contributors.

I have largely left this website running unmaintained since 2014 after shifting my focus towards working on a startup named Smartcar. As of March 2025, I have migrated decades worth content from WordPress to Ghost for easier administration. I plan to occasionally write or share again.
