General Guidelines
Please keep your comments appropriate, relevant, and thoughtful. Speech on Skatter Tech is moderated. We do not allow and will remove comments that harass or intimidate an individual or group of individuals based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. We will also remove comments that are considered unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, harassment, threatening, tortious, or obscene. Some Restrictions
We allow a maximum of 2 links per comment not including the Website field. Every comment undergoes scrutiny from our spam filters. As a result, some comments might be held for moderation. A warning may appear besides your comment, on your machine only, to indicate that it has been held for moderation.

Privacy
An email address is required to publish a comment; however it will not be visible to the public. Your name (required), website URL (optional), and comment (required) are visible to the public. We highly discourage sharing private information including, but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses in the comment field. Security
Skatter Tech retains some potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information about those who leave a comment. This information may include, but is not limited to Internet Protocol address, browser type/version, and timestamp of each request. Responsibility
If you post a comment or otherwise make any other material available through means of your comment, you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that comment. That is the case regardless of whether the comment in question constitutes, but is not limited to, audio, graphics, text, video, or computer software. Spam
We do not allow machine-generated or randomly-generated comments that may contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or misleading recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing). Comment Removal
We do not offer an interface to let users remove their own comments. If you request the removal of your comment, we will use reasonable efforts (though not obligated) to remove it, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the comment may not be made immediately unavailable. We have the right (though not the obligation) to, in our sole discretion refuse or remove any content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any Skatter Tech policy or is any way harmful or objectionable or terminate or deny access to and use of Skatter Tech to any individual or entity for any reason.
