Macworld 2011 Coverage Starts Today
January 26, 2011 01:37 PM

Although Macworld has lost some excitement since Apple stopped attending after the 2009 expo, this year’s show is underway and it all starts today. Skatter Tech will be attending the media preview event tonight and more coverage will follow straight from the show floor tomorrow (January 27th) at 10 AM.

Macintosh enthusiasts will still flock to San Francisco each year to get their hands on the latest software and accessories, but the spirit is still not the same without the legendary Steve Jobs keynote speech. With Apple’s beyond-excellent financial results, I am confident that Macworld will kick off to a good start regardless.

As always there will be tons of iPad, iPhone, and iPod accessories. A few such as the iPad Cinemin Pico Projector or the iPhone Griffin Tech CarTrip, which we saw at CES 2011, will always stand out. We will publish instant updates from the show floor to Skatter Tech LIVE about the most interesting things we find, so head over there for more details.

For those looking to attend, the show floor will be open from Thursday to Saturday. Since it is too late for the early pricing discounts, on-site registration costs $45.
